We understand the value of having trust and confidence in your photographer. From the briefing phase to content delivery, we work with you to dot all of the i’s and cross all of the t’s making sure for a smooth and consistent service.
Assemble Content work to streamline the whole experience, breaking it down into a few quick, and manageable steps - allowing you to get back to what you do best and allowing us to do what we do best - capturing memorable moments.
Consultation
We start by setting up a quick call to learn more about your event, the timings, your business and the event photography goals. From there, we’ll check availability with our team for your date and provisionally pencil a professional photographer in for your event.
Quote
Post-meeting we’ll use all of the information that you supplied to us and produce a tailored quote for you to approve; including a breakdown of services and turn-around times for your content. Once signed off, we will book your photographer(s) for your shoot date.
Shoot Day
By the time your shoot day arrives, we will have a shoot brief organised and an event schedule in place, to give to your professional photographer; assisting them in seamlessly capturing creative and consistent shots that are true to the style of your brand’s brief.
Delivery
Once we’ve wrapped the shoot, our photographer(s) will get working on your photo editing. Once completed within 48 hours of your event, your content will be delivered via our secure online gallery platform where you can share with your team and download the final imagery.
